Your music everywhere, build your music home!

Tell us how you would use Yamaha MusicCast products in your home and have the chance to win a Yamaha MusicCast home entertainment system! On top of that, you and your chosen plus one will also be invited as a special guest to IFA17 in Berlin, Germany on September 2nd, 2017 (travel & accommodation included)!

Step 1

Choose an IN NEED OF MUSIC MOMENT!

Everybody has moments where they need music. Choose ONE of the following scenarios:

FAMILY TIME

FAMILY TIME

Whether it is combining cooking talents to prepare delicious meals, or sharing laughter while enjoying a hilarious family movie - every moment together counts! Make the most of family time by ensuring the perfect soundtrack to your activities.

ME TIME

ME TIME

In today's constantly connected world, spending time alone can be the perfect way to relax and reboot. However, even in solitude music can serve as the best companion.

FRIENDS TIME

FRIENDS TIME

Spending time with friends can help melt away the cares of the world. It doesn’t matter if it’s just a small group of friends or a "full on" party – with the right equipment, your home can be the perfect playground to entertain.

Step 2

Decide which MusicCast product(s) you would use in your chosen IN NEED OF MUSIC MOMENT!

Select one or a selection of the following MusicCast products and think about how they could be beneficial to your needs in your chosen IN NEED OF MUSIC MOMENT:

Step 3

Create a video explaining the decision of your IN NEED OF MUSIC MOMENT as well as the selection of Yamaha MusicCast products that you have chosen.

Explain how you would use the products and why. BE CREATIVE! The winners will be chosen by videos that stand out, are especially funny, very entertaining or visually extraordinarily appealing. Invite your friends, partner or family to help you!

3 Tips to increase the quality of your video:

1. Hold Horizontally

Hold your phone horizontally and make sure all of your video is recorded the same way, do not tilt during the recording.

2. Keep the light behind you/the camera

Camera phones get confused when they deal with multiple light levels in the same shot. Either turn lights on or keep the window/sun behind you or the camera (depending if you use the camera in selfie or normal mode). The light will then fall on you or your subject.

3. Ask for help

Invite your friends to help you and be part of the video.

The winners will receive a Yamaha MusicCast home entertainment set and will be invited as special guests (together with a person of their choice) to an exclusive Yamaha experience at IFA17 in Berlin (2nd-3rd September 2017, travel and accommodation included).

The Yamaha MusicCast entertainment set, designed to give you the best music experience in your home, consists of the YSP-1600 Digital Sound Projector, the WX-030 Wireless Streaming Speaker as well as the ISX-80 Restio integrated audio system.
