Håkon William Skog Erlandsen

Although still young, for the last 5 years Håkon has been working as a freelance musician and composer and also conducting the University Big Band and as a result has developed an excellent reputation as an instrumentalist, instructor, arranger and conductor.

Having played at both amateur and professional level in marching bands, he is also active in a wide range of musical genres including soul, pop, rock, metal, fusion, latin and jazz to name just a few.

Håkons level of musicianship has given him the honor of playing with some of the most respected musicians in the world, and his work as an ambassador of jazz music has made Håkon a natural candidate for international jazz projects.

Currently residing in Copenhagen where he is studying for his Masters at the Rhythmical Music Conservatory, Håkon continues to be an active freelance musician.
